Apps rejected in itunes connect because : binary rejected 24.1

My apps is rejected because

:24.1 Details = You have selected the Kids Category for your app, but it does not include the required privacy policy.

Next Steps = Please update your app metadata to include a privacy policy URL and ensure that the URL you provide directs the user to your privacy policy.

Anyone know how to solve this problem ?

you have to create and host your own privacy policy on a website and link to it. They've had that requirement for a year maybe? I'm not sure.
