Add a rule. Make the condition "When touch is pressed".
Put a "Change Scene" behaviour inside the rule. Set the scene to the scene you want to change to.

All that said, even a cursory look at the cookbook, search of the forums, or a few minutes experimenting with GameSalad would have answered this question.
