Need Help Designing Nature Game

NATURE GAME-

Multiplayers & or single players play as any of the elements of nature & Earth like volcanoes, earthquakes, weather & climate, the Human element(doesn't have 2 be included), global warming, all disasters & apocalypses man/nature-made & or caused etc, etc.

Earthquakes, volcanoes, mines, engineering by man in/under/etc parts of Earth's crust like tunnels under & through mountains & under large bodies of water to reach islands or others pieces of land.  

Nature & or man- originated/made & or caused events, processes, objects, conditions/situations/environments & climates, etc as the players' element choices. Mini, normal/common, super, mega, etc & even higher scaled & or rated disasters & apocalypses/weather systems & storms/geological events activity objects etc/etc.

These are the possible outbreaks, disasters or apocalypses, situations & conditions, environments, events, objects, etc that can arise out of unstable/unbalanced/out-of-check/etc, unfavorable, etc situations & conditions for each element.    

Players need 2 keep the circle of nature's elements/Earth/etc in balance & in check. If one or more of the elements fail, all of them fail as well & it's game over, unless it's mankind(I think. I'm not really sure at all about about most of this). Each element is weak & strong against one or more of these nature & or man-based elements.   

The game either has an outer space layer, atmosphere layer, & Earth's surface or just one layer covering every subject. A card is given 2 each person each turn that gives them the current status of the solar index like solar storms, atmosphere's status, Earth's crust & interior. Sinkholes, quick sand, fault lines & mega faults, hot zones, etc.

    Four seasons; Axis Earth's on, current speed/direction/side pointing at & away from Sun/etc; etc. Number of stars being used to rate how warm Sun is & how much reaching surface and how affect Earth completely inside & out. Or the computer taking care of all these causes & effects, sit.s & conditions, etc if it does that at all. 

    I really need help with the scores & points, the facts & data like the current status of the Earth & nature and cards(like Monopoly game) that give both good & bad news help etc/setup & settings/etc, I sort of have a couple of pieces of news to put on the cards, but not anywhere near enough 2 make up the card deck. 

    Either 1 or 2 different types of card decks. Things, like perfect solar storm, more or less fuel for firestorm or Super/Mega Fire or Super/Mega Volcano, no much-needed rain or is rain but not reaching ground & only giving high-speed winds & dry air or lightning igniting many small fires rather than helping put out the fire(s), etc. F-12 tornado cracking or breaking open crust 2 super volcano's depth causing super eruption(if F-12 & or debris is/are powerful enough 2 do that.

    Big asteroid collides in2 USA in-between & inside border US's 3 super volcanoes, fusing them together. Thanks 4 helping me design it if you do & or are able 2 with this kind of stuff.

    I don't know, however you make it in2 a simple, but fun game where the software(if possible, if it does these things or something) takes care of most of the logic/data & info/reality & realism/etc and or is simply about playing as the different elements of nature & or mankind.
