    Yes he's told them to take it down which they said they would but it still seams to be on itunes :-(

    what an ass.

    saw online that sending an e-mail to appstorenotices@apple.com will alert the App Store review staff, and they will investigate any complaints. It was in an article about junk apps, but i think that holds true :)

    I asked him to take it down and remove the song.

    It was down, so I assume it's now back without the song.
    The game without the song...is...let's be honest....a bit pointless.

    He is also using old versions of my graphics. The panda is actually a re-coloured version of someone else's sprite I took from google....so he might run into issues with that

    i should have, it was not very good though.

    I'll try again once my phone's batter recharges. I don't remember seeing the "Welcome Back" game center drop down, so maybe it didn't login.

    Ahhh, the real deal :)

    Can't believe apple publish the same game twice. If this game goes big this guy will sell a lot of copies to disappointed and confused people as the song plays an important role in the game.

    edit: minor quibble. The game is in one orientation, and all gamecenter stuff loads in the other. With this game, though, that might be intentional. haha.

    Love it of course!

    One minor thing I would have done different would have been to have the left/right arrows lower down, and the strawberry tank up higher - essentially swapping their positions.

    but honestly, that's a tiny quibble.

    I don't often say this, and very rarely for GS games, but I wish I'd made this. Just insanely silly, original and FUN.

    Hope it gets a N&N spot for ya ;)

    I did toy with the idea of making the whole left and right sides of the screen make the panda move left and right. But maybe leaving the arrows onscreen as a visual cue.

    If I had have spent more time on it (this was more of an experiment in game making to be honest), I would have added some different enemies, made the lanes change colour, either after each level, or during the level. I would have also added a few more songs, and some mental hidden extra stuff.

    I also toyed with the idea of making the background all mental and ravey (rather then space)....but by that point, I had already recorded the song saying he was in space.

    Space Panda sounds better then Rave Panda I think anyways ;)

    Rave Zebra on the other hand............ I jest.
