4.3? is that a beta test version?

You can't submit to Apple with a beta version of Xcode, it needs to be the current public version.

Edit: I guess that is the current live version. Strange.

    Hi @1UpGamestudio

Will this help out? >> http://chris-fletcher.com/2010/08/28/howto-install-iphone-sdk-2-0-3-1-for-xcode-3-2/

(It doesn't cover Lion but the iPhone SDK is bound to be on the Apple site as well...)

Are you accessing Application Loader from within Xcode, or are you trying to use the old version?

Sorry if you already did this, but try opening Xcode 4.3, and then click on the Xcode name in the top menu, and go to "Open Developer Tools" that's where the new Instruments and Application Loader, and other stuff is now.

Again, sorry if you already did that.

I know others have had problem when other older versions of Xcode were still on their computer. Make sure any older versions are deleted.

Hi, here's hoping FBS answer sorted it for you; one thing to mention: I've only just realised that the SDK for the iPad is the same for the iPhone, and that it's included in the download of Xcode.

Sorry, that's not much help; just saying it's strange that it can't find the latest SDK when it would've been bundled with Xcode for Lion.... exactly your question.... :-(
