How do you remove games from game salad arcade

i added a game but it was made to be on an iphone and now that it's on a computer the actors are missing

    Well you cannot remove the game from the arcade but you can fix it an update it.

    That's good to know. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to update them the same way we can with app store games.

    Why can we not remove a game once we've added it to the arcade?
    I put one out there, that works like crap, due to the limitations I guess on that platform... it's a physics based game, and now I'm afraid of people playing that version and thinking that all the other platforms run that crappy. I would like to remove it. Why in the world would they make us unable to remove something?

    yeah plz give us option to remove the app ... plus please give us option to download the HTML 5 game to run on our own server .. thanks

    @TheMonkey300x - It is possible for games to be removed from GameSalad Arcade. Simply submit a request to Customer Support via our Support Form and they would be happy to assist you.

    Make sure you include a link to the game (in Arcade) in your support ticket.

    It's good to know there's a method... but why wouldn't you allow users to take down their creations on their own?
