IAP Verification on test user account keeps asking me to login

I'm using a testuser account, have setup up everything properly.

When I press to buy an IAP, it asks me to login to my testuser account which I do, then it takes me out of the app to the app store saying it needs verification. I then get the popup "Environment Sandbox" and the options cancel / continue. I press continue and it asks for my test account password again. Which I enter then it just brings up the Environment Sandbox message again and will continue to do this for as long as I have the patience to keep doing it or before I throw my iphone out the window.

Anyone know what the issue might be?

    This is quite common. I have always had this when doing iAP.
    Basically your iAP is working. If you are getting to the login stage and beyond it is fine. If you publish the app on the store it will work (it just does not work like it is supposed to).

    You can make sure you log out of your accounts in Gamecenter and thru iTunes appstore on the device. Login into the test account thru iTunes store and they that but it will probably do the same thing.
