Rate App ID url before release of game

Hi Guys

Does anyone know the correct format we should use for the URL to rate a game before the game has been released?

I have looked at the cookbook video and it says the demo GS released, we need to replace the ########### with our id, the demo no longer has the ########### in the title.

So the demo URL from GS reads;

http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewContentsUserReviews?id=364798666&pageNumber=0&sortOrdering=1&type=Purple+Software&mt=8

Do i just replace 364798666 with my id or is there anything else that needs to be changed as well?

    I've just matched with my existing one here:

    Just the id numbers (488541277 here) need to be changed

    @beefy_clyro There is another way Keith - log in into iTunes Connect, go to Manage Your Apps, and your new game - there is something like View in App Store (under Links, in App Information). So you can check your game App Store URL, before releasing the game.

    EDITED: Oh, wait. This is not that you are asking about... :P

    I heard that your way doesn't work in iPad, but not sure if this is true.

    @TheMoonwalls Haha cheers mate, hopefully it works on iPad too .. What this means is LAD is now ready for submission! Dum dum dum!

    That's great news!
    I've heard that App Store app for iPad is different than on iPhone, and that the way you wrote about is designed for iPhone App Store app.

    That's awesome, are you going for the retina iPad? Graphics must be a treat on there!

    It will not be first released with retina as I dont have a device to test on to make sure everything is good. It will start off as retina for iPhone but standard on iPad (which should still look quite nice). There will be a Mac version too which will more than likely be the iPad version

    Was the ipad issue ever resolved? I'm struggling to get the app rating link to work on my ipad.
