Unable to Publish - Getting a Login Loop

I'm using Version 0.10.00 beta, and I'm facing a login loop.

Using the earlier versions, I was able to publish successfully, even got one app into the App Store. It's the first time I'm publishing using the latest version of the GS Creator.

When publishing, it stops and asks me to login, despite the fact that I'm already logged in. I'm sure since it's showing my user ID at the lower left side. So I login. It actually accepts my credentials and seems to be doing some processing.

However, after a couple of seconds, it prompts me again, telling me to sign in. Now, the lower left indicator for the user ID has been replaced with "Sign In"

Please help. I'm posting it here because I'm facing the same login problem when I go into the Support Page itself. It loops around. Already tried resetting, same problem.

Are basic users no longer allowed to publish? Or is this a valid problem?

    How do I delete this question? :(( It's working now. Sorry to have bothered anyone.

    After resetting my password, I also received an email saying "an account has been created for this address", welcoming me to Game Salad (although I presume I would have received this same mail way back). My profile was refreshed I guess?

    Anyway, all good now. Whew, I panicked there. :)>-

    Publish is not working again. Tried it on a project, stuck on the login loop once more. Apparently, the problem is still there.

    Anyone else facing this same problem?

    I am facing the same problem too for the past 2 weeks. Even created a new account but now cannot even login to my new account. Sometimes I managed to upload but when I reach the page to enter the relevant information, it does not work and I get signed out again.

    @adnet, is yours fixed? I'm still facing the same problem until now. The support folks are constantly in touch with me, but I guess the problem is tough to troubleshoot as it's isolated only to certain (unfortunate :(() users.

  • There are no consistent reports of publishing login loops. Typically removing your cookies and logging back in should help remedy it. I will check in to see if there are other issues at work.
    I tried using Firefox, Chrome and IE and still facing the login loop. I had cleared the cookies as well. Is there something with my account? It had been a week since I bought the Pro version.

    Hi, after two months still no answer nor support and after updating the game salad i am still unable to publish due to same problem as ronixus. I am in a log in loop in game salad and does not allow me to publish. Please kindly assist and advise the solution as why only a few users are affected. Thanks in advance.

    log out of everything (website and creator)
    clear all cookies and history in browser
    open creator and login
    publish something and let that bring up the publishing page

    Hi Thanks for the reply and suggestions, but after doing them it still the same for me, still on a login loop when i tried to publish. Do you think i should uninstall gamesalad and install again?

    Hi, I have tried clearing all my browser history, cookies and caches in my iMac and tried to publish the new version of my app and gamesalad still requests me to login again eventhough i am already logged in when i try to publish my app to gamesalad. Please kindly provide the solution for me to proceed and upgrade to pro and continue with my works on developing iOS apps. Thanks in advance.

    just wanted to publish my game but unfortunately not able to login to gamesalad from windows creator however same email address and password is working fine with gamesalad.com but not working on gamesalad cretor (windows). can anyone help me here

    The issue has been fixed. Please try logging in again.

    There was a strange login bug related to a security upgrade we did recently. In testing we made a bad assumption that logging into the site would work the same as logging in with the tool.

    We've fixed the bug so that login will work correctly now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    That is not the case with my issue. I barely installed gs on my new Mac. It's been a while since I reporting this but no response.

    hi tried again but unable to publish updates of my apps that is already in the app store due to this bug. Does anyone in gamesalad knows how to solve this problem? can i post a video here so that you can see clearly the ongoing problem? Thanks
