Question about registered logos
Hi there,
I recently have released my new music app called Drums X Pro, totally made with GS, and it's going pretty well on the app store.
So now I would like to create some more drumkits using rock bands logos on the drums elements (like Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, etc.), but I was wondering if i could do that and then publish my app without encountering trademark issues and stuff like that. or should I get a permission from the bands?

Not only will you need permission, but you will also need money. I don't know your situation, but most people can't afford licensing like that. It's expensive. I don't know the exact numbers, but it's expensive. -

Yes as SlickZero said, to use bands logos you'll need license them, which would involve large sums of money for bands you mention.
