Spawn an actor WHEN i touch and WHERE i touched?

in Working with GS (Mac)
I have a joystick in my game but i don't want it to appear all the time. I want it to appear WHEN i touch the screen, and WHERE i touched it.
So when I release the touch, it disappears from screen!! :)

Is there a way of doing this?
I think you all know how to, so I wanted to ask
