do something, when RELEASED the button INSIDE!

Hello,

how can i create a button, which do something after i release the button inside ?
I want to make a Button which you can press and if you move your finger pressed outside and release then the button do not a function.
I hope you know what I mean :)

    add a +when touch is( inside) to your released rule

    i made a rule:
    touch -is- released
    touch -is- inside

    change scene:.....


    it doesnt work -.-

    More likely, you'd use When [all] mouse position is inside touch is released, but that seems unnecessary since Touch is Released only triggers when the last touch is inside of the actor.
