Tables Inport Export?

fishZombiefishZombie Member, PRO Posts: 46
I can not find this info anywhere. If someone knows how to Export the Table info into an Excel Document , and Import that Document back into GS, let me know. I have multiple people helping me, and they do not have GS. I want to send them an Excel Doc, and have them type all the info in, then I want to import it into my game.... but first I have to Export the stuff I already did, for their reference.
Help?

it's pretty easy, in the top right of the table view, there is an export button. click on that to export a CSV file, it will prompt you where to save, and then send that to your friends.

when they give it back, just click on the import button in the same location and browse to the file, and it will import for you, overwriting whatever is in the current table.

for this to work / see the option, you need to be looking inside a table, you can't do it from the view were you see all your tables.

When I go into table view, the table automatically resets to zeros so I cannot get any of the data exported. I confirmed that the data is correctly updating in the table during program execution.

You can't save a table in creator via preview. data is only temporally saved while the preview is active. One you exit out of preview the data returns to default values.
