    Hey man, I doubt you will find someone who can draw an entire 3D or 2D environment for 50$ or 75$.

    Yeah, that's a very low budget for such high quality work. I'd expect to pay more in the neighborhood of $500 - $1,000 for an illustration like the first example.

    Well if it didn't have to actually be a 3D environment and was just someone painting/drawing it, you might be able to get it for under 150$.

    Ah, hmmm, well I probably would not be able to help you. I'm VERY new to 3D art, and I'm still trying to get around the controls of the program I'm using (Maya). For 2D art, if this is for a motorcycle racing game or something, I probably couldn't help you with that either. I don't draw a lot of people, and even if I could, it probably would not be good enough. Sorry
