try to publish: GameSalad says "You are not a valid GameSalad user"

can login to the GameSalad website but can't publish a game

when click publish button or try to login, get message from GameSalad:

"You are not a valid GameSalad user"

What is going on?

    I keep getting the same thing. But, I can login into the forum fine, but when I try to publish it says "You are not a valid GameSalad user"

    yea I haven't heard anyone officially speak on this problem yet. hopefully we get some news soon.

    The login issue has been fixed. Please try publishing again.

    There was a strange login bug related to a security upgrade we did recently. In testing we made a bad assumption that logging into the site would work the same as logging in with the tool.

    We've fixed the bug so that login will work correctly now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Hi, today i try to publish my game and my creator show this error:
    ERROR, You are not a valid GameSalad user.
    some suggestions?

    It's a known problem, see the top of the forum page. They are working on it.

    We have address the login issue with the creator. However publish from creator is still not working we are still working to address this issue.

    At my end I'm able to login and generate a game but the sign app don't worked after generating.
