problema con decimales

in Working with GS (Mac)
I have the following problem and I do not recognize the commas and the dots when I add the value to the bounciness, that is when I want to bounce to a stop that would put 0.5 for example does not recognize me when I type point and value changes I to 1. podreis I mean like I can solve the problem? I changed the language of my keyboard but the problem persists

    0.5 should work fine ?

    Try cutting and pasting the 0.5 from this post directly into GameSalad to see if that will work (I just tested it and it worked for me).

    Are you sure that your attribute (if you are using one) is "real"?

    your probably working on windows? you cant use decimals in windows, when you do use it, its buggy :(
    it does work on mac fine, so consider buying a mac... ? :)

    You are probably on Windows, as @timolapre1988 assumes, and your regional settings have the decimal "," and "." swapped from how Gamesalad expects them.

    You can change these regional settings specifically.
    Open the Windows Control Panel. Go to Regional Options, and change the Numbers and Currency settings.

    This works, you just probably need to change it back for other Programs.

    @CodeWizard, please consider this for the Windows version buglist, Gamesalad should respect the Regional setting. Tnx :)

    muchas gracias a todos, perdonar por tardar en contestar pero no he estado disponible estos dias. ya he solucionado el problema cambiando la configuracion del formato de fechas y decimales. muchas gracias de nuevo
