GS Helper 4 pics 1 word template - Someone Please Help Me!!!!

After recently purchasing this template, I realised that the quantity of letters that can be used is 8.

I have been having a lot of trouble trying to extend the quantity limit to 10, because once the the letters get past 8, they start flashing as incorrect.

I tried opening a ticket on the GShelper website but received no response.

ANY help appreciated,

    Has this been solved? I'm having the same issue. Except the letters don't show up at all when the word to be answered is longer than 8 characters
