Code Signing Error

When i had generated my app and then hit sign, i chose the provisional profile and click next, and after about 10 seconds, it came up with the following message:
Code signing Error 1: iPhone Developer:
(My Name) (BP8DM7N9..): Ambiguous
(Matches "iPhone Developer: (My Name) (BP8DM7N9...) and "iPhone
Developer: (My Name): (BP8DM7N9...)"
in /users/myname/library/keychains/login.keychain)
Can someone please help me. Not sure what to do.

You probably have duplicate certificates kicking about - use Keychain Access and do some housekeeping
