How do I make my game use mobile phones gallery/camera in my game?

in Working with GS (Mac)
How do I make my game use mobile phones gallery/camera in my game? I want my character to have the players face in my game but I can't find an option to do that. If you don't know what I mean I can explain it step by step:
1) Press "Play" button
2) Now you need to choose a picture from you phones gallery or you need to take a new picture with your phones camera
3) Now your character has a picture you chose as his face

    Well is there any way to access the gallery or make some custom behaviour that lets you access camera?
