Cybersource Error

in Working with GS (Mac)

Hello, I try to buy the pro license but with my Andorran visa does not work, so I tried with french visa but its still not working, there is a mesage that says : Cybersource Error
Can you help me and tell me what i need to do for buy the pro license , thank you very much

    @matiasta did it give you a reason code? or a reply flag (SCMP)?

    he say : sorry but your credit card was declined. if you think this is an error please contact us
    But y have money in my credit card i don't understand why it does not work :s

    Hmmmm yeah that's Odd what browser are you using? Don't use Safari GameSalad doesn't agree with Safari

    I tried with google chrome, safari and firefox and with diferanentes credit cards but still the same thing

    I'd contact gamesalad sales support directly, I don't think they spend much time looking at the forums for sales related issues.
