Flappy Bird Need Help With After The Bird Dies it will change Scene to Game Over and Show HighScore

Hi guys! I've been making my own Flappy Bird game. I've been doing the main menu, Initial Scene and The Game Over Scene.
Okej so, When the bird dies I want it to come up HighScore in the GameOver Scene. How do I do it?
