Resize project from iphone 5 to iphone 4S and under

Hello everyone!
I was wondering what the easiest way to "as the titel says" is? I was thinking of just cropping the top and bottom and making my actors remain relative to the scene so that they have the same position but closer together. Or if I just compressed it so it fits the screen (which will give me black spaces on the side) and instead expand the background on the sides instead. Any suggestions? :smile:

I built my project on the iphone 5 and need to adapt it to iphone 4S and under, just to be clear.
