Scrolling page of text

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a page of text that you can scroll up and down by dragging with your finger? I see this often in professional looking apps and thought it would be nice to do in mine.

    Sure, I think most people have done this type of thing with a large image of the text, instead of live text. Then you can just scroll it like you would any actor in Gamesalad.

    Are you aware of any tutorials anywhere, as I'm not sure how to make it stop at the extreme up and down position?
