Help with signing of .apk

Okay so I have my unsigned .apk file and I go into creator to sign the app and I get 2 problems
1. It finds everything expect for jarsigner so then when I move it to the desktop then it finds it and I can run the application
2 When I fill out everything and click sign and choose the new name for the file once I click save the apk signing window goes away and the .apk isnt their
I have tried this on both of my computers and cant sign this .apk
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!! because everyone else on windows can do it

First of all, are you running jdk6 or 7?
Did you create a keystore before signing it?
Hi @Choco1 I have the same frustrating problem @gary492, I have no idea how I create a keystore, I can explain how I do it.
