Overlap and collide between layers

in Working with GS (Mac)

I have an actor that is on a non-scrolling layer and one that is on a scrolling layer. The problem is when they come in contact the overlap rule will not fire. What is the problem?

    hmmmm as far as I know as long as you have a Collide behaviour in one of the actors it should work. Can you upload a test project?

    Are you constraining their movement?
