uploading to itunes issue

in Working with GS (Mac)

Its been 3 days now and i still haven't been able to get my app uploaded to itunes connect everytime i try i get this error :
ERROR ITMS-9000: "The bundle 'com.banananutiphone.appname' at bundle path 'appname.app' is not signed using an Apple submission certificate." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)

I have deleted all my provisioning profiles and certificates and redone everything i still cant seem to get this error to go away.
PLEASE I need help this is really getting annoying.

    If you re-did all your certificates, etc. You'll also need to re-build and re-sign your app with your new information intact.

    i did that too. Ive completely re-done the entire process of app publishing
