Long time without follow the Forum!

Hi everybody, how are you guys?
It's been a long time that I don't access the forum and follow the GS news, I moved for another place and
the things were a little messy these days.
I have some questions about the GS world since my last visit here, if anyone can help it'll be great!

Revmob - How it's working? Is it working? I found some people saying you should turn off some configurations in revmob dashboard, something like that....

Apple - I saw some of you having problem with approval. I had 3 apps a few months ago that weren't approved by apple... Still having problems with that?

HTML5 - Can we publish in your website now? Without using the arcade?

About the engine, I using the last RC and it's great, stable and fast, I like coming back to use GS, really looking forward!
