Get the Amazon Store Link before submitting?

I want to have the amazon store link for a "rate this game" button before the games is in the store.
In iTunes you can click on the Store link in iTunes connect before the app actually is live.
Is there any way like this in the Amazon store? I can't find anything.

Amazons process is very old fashion now. Communication is even worse. It's the price you pay I guess because in terms of sales, Amazon app store is an essential format to support
jeah and right now an android store where you can make make money via chart boost.
which doesn't work in google play.
