Change value in a multiple rows/columns in a table?

Hello to GS Community,
I have trying to find a similar thread in GS forums for long time but to no avail.
Is there a way to change multiple rows and columns all at once (e.g using only one Change Attribute behaviour)?
Excuse me if this particular question was asked before.

You could do a loop.
Is that PRO feature or if it is not, would you be so kind to give me directions on how to do that? Thank you
