It states:
Upload failed
You uploaded an APK that is not zip aligned. You will need to run a zip align tool on your APK and upload it again.
Help please anyone?

Make sure your zipalign has a green check next to it. It's in the list below when you enter your keystore password during signing. The Android SDK moved the file in a recent update. To find it do a file search on your computer for zipalign and re link it when you get to the signing window.

It was in an android 4.4w folder in the adt bundle pack. Where did I go wrong though?
You need to check the the link path when the signing window comes up during publish make sure the last box has a check next to it below. if it's red you need to redo the path using the box next to it and navigate to the zip align file.
I'm actually using Windows. But anyhow it went through just fine for me to sign it
