It'd be super easy to make. Just create an actor with a Circular collision shape, give it a red circle for artwork, throw in a ground actor, tell the ball to Accelerate downward and collide with the ground actor, make the ground actor immovable, and there ya go. The Bounciness values are 1 by default, meaning the ball will bounce up to the height it originally started at.
Red bouncing ball was itself a GameSalad template that was pushed to the top of the charts via purchased downloads. Do not use it as inspiration, it's success was artificial.
