    @DeepBlueApps thanks my cousin has difficulty speaking so I made the first version of this to help the family communicate when we don't know the sign for something

    Way to go! You are onto something here. Gamesalad's potential for educational/learning apps is often overlooked. A friend of mine uses signing with her down's syndrome daughter.

    @kolabo thanks I completely agree games are good but you can use Gamesalad for more, I hope to expand this app In the not to distant future.

    Yes the name is GAMESALAD but the app potential is there also.

    @GameSalad was always meant to eventually grow into a generic programming system. We only tackled games first because it was the most interesting problem (and we figured if you could make games, you could make almost anything).

    Imagine how sad the would would be if people had just stuck to making animations in Flash or Photos in Photoshop?

    There's still a ways to go to make GameSalad a way to program anything, but you shouldn't be tied to games just because we're _Game_Salad. Bring on the Apps, I love seeing GameSalad being used for all sorts of things!
