How much is it to get your game on the app store?

Do I have to pay 99 bucks for the developer program and then another 99 bucks for the gamesalad standard edition with iphone uploading? or just 99 bucks for gamesalad or 99 bucks for the dev program?

    It's 198$/year.

    And it is actually comes out to about 210$ per year (with tax).

    After paying that, you can upload as many apps as you like within that year.
