Why does html5 not work with most browsers?

How come when I download the html5 version of my game, it only opens in firefox. It just doesnt load in safari and chrome.

I run HTML 5 versions of stuff on my website and it runs fine in safari.
I use Chrome on my Mac and haven't had a problem playing the Arcade published version of my projects. I can't download the HTML5 files on a basic account though so can't test those.
Can someone please try this game and see if the level load on their computer? Thanks a lot in advance.

Make sure you are up to date in each browser including any OS security updates.
Works fine on chrome and safari
Hmm...Did the level actually load when you press the start button tho?

how big is that app? Below you can play an HTML5 version of one of my games. It's 100 MB and was generated last October:

@jonmulcahy The app is also just under 100 mb, but each scene is a lot more demanding, since it is a platform game where there level is large and the player roams around it. But this is strange, as a while ago I made a platform game a lot larger with much more complex scenes, and that seemed to load fine on HTML. This one won't load after a whole day. Its the same problem as on the arcade as well, so I can't even embed it in my website
Works fine on my safari browser....... I wish it didn't.......I need therapy after trying to figure that out..........
Hmmm, very strange, must be a problem with all my devices including a 2012 macbook pro on el capitan, an xperia z2, and ipad air, a macbook air, and a range of different browsers. I mean, it must just be a coincidence this game is not working for me but every other arcade game out there is working on my devices....
