Html vs preview glitches

Hello anyone and everyone, I am a newbie creating a fairly simple game simlar to the first tutorial. Its been lots of fun with moments of frustration. The latest bump is when i tried the Html preview, my actor travels to a certain spot on screen and disappears and the scene resets without hitting any destroying actors. Is there sometime glitches that show up on html that arent evident in regular preview? Also does that mean that, when publishing, the glitch will remain?
