I'm not sure if that's what you meant but it's defiantly affect interpolate the same way, I'm not using animation but my guess that it will be the same problem.

as much as i enjoyed relearning concepts of programming logic using gs, one of its limitations i found was what seems to be an inconsistent frame rate/processing speed across several different devices

I recommend starting with 1080p or 720p and adding extra space with Stretch and some logic to appropriately resize the camera. You end up adding a bit to the sides for iPhone X and a bit to the top an

For post iPhoneX you use iPhone 8 or 1080p. Most users here seem to just use "stretch" when publishing, which will stretch the image to the existing screen filling it. 16:9 is close

I'm not sure. If they let you go forward, I think it's fine. But apparently they're really pushing for a "full-screen" experience for the newer iPads
