Go to layers create a layer and remove the tick to make it not scrollable . Add the actors that you want to keep on sceen to that layer

Noting will happen in creator. You need to do an ad hoc and setup a test on Amazon.

Make sure you submit an iPhone build when you publish not a universal build.
