I Have had this happened before, honestly I am not sure how I fixed it. I uninstalled it from my phone and then reinstalled, restarted my phone and computer and it started working again.

Record yourself playing the game to prove to them your game works. If they still reject it, look through your whole game in case you set a timer for a new blank scene on accident.
