    I'll set my stage to be 1536 x 2048, make all my actors x4 as I do now, and only build for the iPads… and " f " the iPhone6s. >:)

    @jonmulcahy‌, have been testing and currently, starting with an iPhone6+ project and upsizing to iPad looks just as good/bad as the other way round with the current scaling.

    And for the iPad RI which has a 2048 x 1536 screen resolution we would also use the 3072 x 2304 image rather than the 2048 x 1536 image ?

    While it's not the cleanest solution in terms of super clean images, I'm gonna see if we can use the @3x images for iPhone 6 Plus + iPad RI and the @2x images for iPad / iPhone 6-4 RI. This works out

    Not sure what you mean by actual? I thought the new res was 2208x1242 which will be displayed on a screen 960w x 540h. Like the iPad res is 2048x1536 displayed on a screen 1024w x 768h.

    my own projects running on a 1080p android using ipad 2x images with some camera tricks to view it, it's quite clear and has minimal if any graphics fidelity loss. in terms of actual pixels 2048x1536

    But the scaling factor is 3x times a standard iPad (1024 x 768), which is 3072 x 2304, which as a number is not even related to the iPhone6/+ screen resolutions ?

    This will mean supporting the ipad 2, ipad mini, and even potentially the iphone 5 will be very very hard due to GS Current performance limitations (heavy memory usage).
