I am just running 2 versions at the same time but only opening 0.13.33. You should be able to just uninstall it and install 0.13.33 but thats not what Im currently doing so don't want to miss inform y

Not on all versions. If you just want to roll back to 0.13.33 (which is the last known stable(ish) version) you are fine. Just open it up in 0.13.33 it'll open and save fine without modifying the XML
