You don't have to use a Mac to sign your Android App, you only need to use a Mac if you are publishing iOS apps. I don't use a PC so I can't offer any specific instructions though I'm afraid...

Writing and rewriting over the same computer file, every few seconds, for months, unfortuntely pretty much guarantees you are bound to occasionally loose work to corruptions or disk errors.

If you can play level 1 but not level 2 perhaps there is something causing level 2 to crash. This would likely be something you 'coded' on level 2 and nothing to do with Gamesalad Creator itself.

Do you have a recent back up of your project, or are you just working on a single file ?

Do you have the latest version? If not, try updating... If you have the latest version maybe un-install and re-install.

@dammie, your rule checks for "Any" of the conditions to be true.

The condition 'mouse button down' will trigger ANY TIME the mouse button is pressed, remove that condition.

Sounds like you've played around with code or have a rogue actor somewhere. Make sure that your MD5 and Leaderboard/achievement IDs all match
