You can use the gamesalad name in a descriptive manner as stated in the guidelines post.

Yep, that's kind of what these guidelines are for, to define how materials can and cannot be used, a company's guidelines (on branding) will, by definition, define 'misuse'.

Unity and similar tools are much different beasts than GS, both in terms of their end-user market and in terms of their business realities, but we appreciate the feedback nonetheless.
