I hate to say it but I'd consider water marking your images. You have some fairly large previews available and someone who is not so honest could easily snag them and use them from your site.

This isn't exactly a fix for your problem just an idea. (I'll most likely get hate for suggesting it but we're all here to try and make a bit of money from app development).

I can't open the image file. "no hot link" error, others will most likely have the same issue so we can't see what you mean. Maybe save the image and upload it directly?

Wondering…have you got bounciness set at 0 in the physics of both actors? Could it be its hitting the wall and bouncing off slightly?
