If you wanted to ask your players to input their city name when they first launch the game, you could do that. Then display the name on screen as needed. But you can't do it automatically.

If you need GPS, I wouldn't wait for GS to add it. I don't know one way or the other if they ever will but since this is primarily a game engine I doubt it's high on the priority list.
