Basically the main screen has a scene size of the ipad but the levels have longer width.. does that effect the universal thing?? and does control camera effect it too?

Have you changed the size of the scene dimensions? Compare the working scene vs the not working scene. Because the other scenes works correctly there seems to be something you neglected to do in this

If you import you music as m4a files you can bypass the conversion process (so a 256kbps file stays 256kbps and is not converted to 128kbps).
