This is a bug in the latest version of the Mac Creator. It happens on all new loops (doesn't revert ones made in previous versions unless edited). It's not related to any specific project.

Without seeing the template, my first instinct would be to add a downward acceleration to the ball. You can do this by adding an Accelerate behavior to the actor, adjusting the direction to 270 degree

You can publish it and open it in Web Creator. Do you know how to do that?
