Maybe because it's compressed with winrar to link it I had to change the rar extension to zip, maybe if you rename it from .zip to .rar it opens but only if you have winrar?

I'm pretty sure there is no way to hide that bar from within Gamesalad. You will likely have to plan around it.

The actors will still run their code even if they cannot be seen. If you need to, you can destroy them instead.
