The color in self.color has a max of 1. So you can change the color from 1,0 and anything in between

You would have to interpolate

You could do 'RULE' then the collision or touch or key, 'Every=***' :do: 'Change Attribute=self.color.blue/green/red' :to: 'self.color.blue/green/red+0.01' .

Use the behavior 'Interpolate' > self.color to 'what you want.

The problem is - when you press, the state changed to 2 - but you are still pressing - so you are now pressing with the state being 2, which triggers the second rule.

Unity and PlayMaker allows you to do your "good" 3 day games as easily as Gamesalad without coding. You are comparing Gamesalad to Unreal engine in your post.
