5. 5D MkII filming iPad screen.

iPad 2 > Apple 30-pin Digital AV Adapter > HDMI cable > Elgato Game Capture > USB lead > Mac

I'm having trouble setting this up for use with and iPad... is there another link that I need to use specific for iPads (vs iPhones)?

The game should work on iPhone, iPad and Mac with no bugs.

I only tested for iPad landscape and it took some tweaking backwards and forwards.

Tested a build on iPad and 3GS from our new game in development and it works as expected.

Thanks for the tips guys. I have allowed my friends to play the game, and they actually kind of liked the loading time -- it built up anticipation and made them lose faster!

You're looking to spawn a wide cap there. That's a big challenge, iPad 1 has a very slow processor much slower than 2. iPod 3 I don't think is even possible anymore.

I'm trying to make my game use less memory so it runs better on first-generation iPads.

How do I make an app work for the iphone 3-5, iPad 1-3, iPod 3-5 without having to make sepperate apps?

I don't have anything to do with iPhones at this stage. Have iPod touch 4 and 5 and a couple computers and iPads. So I don't really know if the effect is going to be that bad or not.
