    What do you mean by "each turn"? Should the items spawn in a specific order, but start with a new item (next in line) each time the level starts?

    when i do every 5 sec change game.speedchange to game.speedchange-0.25 nothing happens, it keeps going at 0.5. So how do i get my real attribute to change? (this one is the spawner time)

    What I was thinking above was that if the character were stunned and not moving you could just spawn the animation above their head. If they were moving you need to move the animation too. Looks like

    Depending on your needs, could you create a separate actor as only the effect and spawn it over the top of your stunned actor?

    It sounds like what you need to do is to work out the relationship between the speed and the spawn time. The faster it moves, the shorter the spawn time.
